Andrew recently won 1st prize at the 2017 Windsor and Eton En Plein Air painting event.  Participants had to paint a scene within the grounds of Windsor Castle.

Andrew’s picture is shown here, a 24 x 30″ acrylic on canvas called ‘Impressions from Engine Court, Windsor Castle’.

The 1st prize painting is presented to HM The Queen, to become part of her collection.

To quote from the  Pintar Rapido website, Clare Weatherwill’s  “St Mary’s”, watercolour on paper, 38×49 cm was awarded five days of Open Studio time donated by Heatherley’s School of Art.
