On joining Drawing London in January 2007, I was very happy to find a group of people who, like me, enjoy studying London scenes.

When I’m sketching a view, I generally look out for the patterns and colours it offers; in London, the great variety of interesting buildings of all ages and styles are an inspiration.

The images on this page were produced as two-plate etchings with aquatint, developed from drawings I made when out with the group.
