Jessica Saraga’s work
Jessica Saraga is a guide at Tate Britain and Tate Modern, which involves taking public tours of the permanent collections in each gallery, and guided tours of exhibitions. She is an Open University Associate Lecturer in history and humanities, including art history, and has a background as a writer and civil servant. Her publications include books for schools on Medieval and Early Modern history, illustrated by art works from those periods. She works in a range of media with particular interest in print-making, and painting in oil and water-colour. She lives in South London and exhibits locally.
